Experience: Commencing in 1957 my practice consisted of commercial and estate litigation and commercial transactional matters. I tried cases in the New Jersey Superior Court, the United States District Court for New Jersey and argued appeals in the superior Court, Appellate Division, the New Jersey Supreme Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. I tried cases involving partnership disputes, the bidding laws of New Jersey, construction contracts, purchase of machinery, election contests, tender offers, proxy contests and other securities litigation, estate and trust contests and was responsible for the representation of the General Tire Pension Funds in the Chapter X reorganization of the Imperial 400 Motels.
In addition to being responsible for litigated matters I was also involved in transactional matters involving the purchase and sale of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, large commercial loans, contracts for the sale and purchase of real estate, employment contracts and the representation of public corporations, both in SEC filings and normal corporate matters and I also did estate planning and other tax planning for individuals and companies.
